Factors associated with users’ satisfaction with oral health care in Paraíba, 2014

The objective was to identify the factors associated with users satisfaction with the provision of oral health care in Paraíba, from data from the 2nd external evaluation cycle of the national program for improving access and quality ofprimary care (PMAQ-AB). We analyzed, through logistic regression, the responses of users who went through dental consultations with the ESB and hadcomplete data (n = 1.860). Dissatisfaction was influenced by: users never oralmost never be instructed about their oral health care (OR = 4,27); time of the query to be insufficient (OR = 3,38); Professionals donot make notes on their medical records or records (OR = 1.97); ESB does not attend the afternoon shift (OR=1,66); Time of dental care does not satisfy the needs of users (OR = 2,86); ESB does not look for the user when it interrupts the treatment/does not attend the dental consultation to know whathappened and resume the attendance (OR = 1,59). It is concluded that the users of the basic health care of Paraíbafeel dissatisfied, Especially when they are not oriented and sought after by theESB, they do not receiveAttendance in the afternoon shift, the hours of service areincompatible with your needs.
