The objectives of this study were to identify and analyze the contributions of the Research Management Committee for access to outcomes related to implementation, in a research conducted in the mental health field. It is a qualitative study that adopted as a methodological resource the accomplishment of a focus group and the data collection of the minutes of the meetings held by the Committee. By means of the study, it was possible to identify that the Research Management Committee favored the participation of the interested parties in several aspects of the research; made possible the evaluation and monitoring of the meaning and feasibility of the research in the field of study, from the perspective of those who live the experience of daily work and care; and favored access to some outcomes of implementation
research in a continuous and more meaningful way for those who would benefit from it. In this sense, the researchers and agencies involved in this type of study are suggested to adopt this tool as a possibility to make the research a more dialogic and potentially transformative process.
